This year marks a major milestone for University Christian Church in San Diego—our 120th anniversary!

Since our beginnings in 1906, when our founders established a small worship space on the corner of Richmond and Cleveland, UCC has been a cornerstone of faith, love, and inclusion in our community.

From becoming Southern California’s first Open & Affirming Disciples of Christ congregation in 1999 to our dual affiliation with the United Church of Christ today, our history is built on welcoming all of God’s children.

As we celebrate 120 years of shared history, service, and fellowship, we look forward with gratitude for where we’ve been and hope for where God is leading us next. Thank you for being a vital part of our journey!
